Just brought myself one of these Flip Cams, as I wanted something for when I go to Africa that is small and good to record some footage. I have got a Sony Handycam, but I dont want to have to carry that and my camera, so a p0cket camcorder came to mind, and saw this cheap one.
got this for just £80 off Amazon, and its brilliant for what you pay.
I have uploaded a 30 sec sample video:

For what it is the picture quality is very good (not brilliant) but very good. The mic on it is ok, but they do have a new model out with a better omni-directional mic, so should be better, not that this one is crap, just lacks that directional mic.
It has 2GB of internal memory, which can hold 60 mins of footage, and tbh anything more than 60 mins just gets boring imo, I prefer short clips rather than 20 mins of the same thing.
Overall very impressed with it! So easy to use, just plug it in, it has its own software you can use, or just access the files like a USB drive and use movie maker or whatever.
For £80, brilliant! the other model, which is pretty much the same spec other than a new Mic and different buttons is £120 from Amazon, and for sommit that i can just throw in my camera bag, I didnt want to spend a lot on it, or i could have brought a Sanyo waterproof one (very nice!)
